To book your study room anytime, anywhere, visit princetonlibrary.org/studyrooms, and have your Princeton Public Library card number and PIN available. Your PIN is the last 4 digits of the phone number listed on your library account. An email address is required. You can also book a study room through the Princeton Public Library mobile app. Within the app, select Learning then select Book a Study Room. Be sure to tap Call Dibs! on the final screen. You should receive an email or text confirmation. Reservations are held for 10 minutes after scheduled start time.
About our Study Rooms
The Library offers 9 study rooms on the second floor for group work and collaboration. The study rooms accommodate 2 – 6 people, depending on the specific room. Study Rooms 1, 4, 5, 8 and 9 are equipped with collaborative screen-sharing technology, including a 55-inch HDTV with HDMI and VGA inputs. All study rooms contain whiteboards and dry erase markers are available at the service desks upon request. HDMI and VGA cables are available to borrow from the Information Desk on the second floor.
A library cardholder may make one advanced reservation for the current day or the next day. Reservation times range from 1/2 hour to 2 hours. An email confirmation or text message will be sent for successful reservations. Cancellation of reservations may be done via the link provided in the confirmation email. Reservations are held for 10 minutes after scheduled start time.
Non library cardholders may request to use a study room by visiting the Information Desk on the second floor and inquiring about the next available time.
If available, rooms can be renewed at the end of the reservation period by stopping at the Information Desk.
