Mu-Hsi is an active reader in mystery, sci-fi, fantasy and historical fiction. She’s also enthusiastic about exploring the world by reading non-fiction, such as writings in history, arts, social sciences, cultures, architecture, technology and more. In 2022, Mu-Hsi and her friends/team published a Traditional Chinese-written book on global citizenship and contemporary social issues for young adults. Play, manga (or graphic novel) and animation are her favorite narrative forms. Her all-time favorites from all genres include Harry Potter series, Onmyoji series by Baku Yumemakura, Cloud Atlas by David Mitchell, The Three-Body Problem series by Cixin Liu, The Lehman Trilogy by Stefano Massini, Nodame Cantabile by Tomoko Ninomiya, Hikaru no Go by Yumi Hotta and Takeshi Obata, and YuYu Hakusho by Yoshihiro Togashi, and the list goes on and keeps expanding!
