From the author: Rachelle Burk is the author of numerous fiction and nonfiction books for kids ages 1-13. Her newest releases include nonfiction picture books Space Torah: Astronaut Jeffrey Hoffman’s Cosmic Mitzvah (afterword by the astronaut) and Passover on Everest (afterword by the mountaineers), She’s a Mensch! Jewish Women Who Rocked the World, and chapter book bios The Story of Taylor Swift, The Story of Simone Biles, and The Story of Caitlin Clark. Other recent titles include Mitzvah for George Washington (historical fiction), Matzah Ball Chase, and A Gift of Life: A Story of Organ Donation & Transplant. Her toddler dance book, Stomp, Wiggle, Clap, and Tap, became a choreographed kids’ dance performance in California and was selected for park “Story Walks.” Rachelle lives in New Jersey and loves to inspire children with her School Author Visit Programs.
