About the Festival
The Princeton Children’s Book Festival is a beloved community tradition held outside the library on the Albert E. Hinds Memorial Plaza.
The event is an opportunity for young readers to meet and interact with favorite authors and illustrators, hear about their work and inspiration and have their books signed.
The mission of the Princeton Children’s Book Festival is to encourage reading and spark a lifelong love of books. The festival aims to present young readers with a diverse and inclusive range of voices and to strengthen the connection between the stories they read and the people who create them.
Book sales for the festival are handled by local independent bookseller, jaZams, with a portion of proceeds benefitting the library.
