From the author: Tomika Reid is a native of Brooklyn, New York. She currently resides in New Jersey with her daughter. Tomika is a self-published author of six books, and her latest book, The Girl in the Cave, is a short thriller with a message for young female drivers.
Tomika is passionate about inspiring others. As a mom of two daughters and a self-published author, Tomika has experienced countless trials and tribulations. After experiencing the loss of her mom, sister, grandmother, and both of her daughters’ fathers, Tomika was heartbroken and often considered giving up. But she found strength and inspiration from the love of her daughters and her faith in God, which motivated her to turn her PAIN INTO PURPOSE by inspiring others through her books and sharing positivity; find out more about Tomika’s journey as an author through her website.
