FAQ
Who can participate?
Adults are invited to delve into books to unearth lesser known stories across a variety of subject categories, including the arts, food, history and science.
How does it work?
Pick up a reading log from the Welcome or Information Desk at the library. Scratch off three circles to reveal a book category. Read at least three books from three different categories to be entered into a grand prize drawing. Select your titles from fiction, nonfiction, essays, poetry, graphic novels, or a combination. Need book suggestions? Check our curated lists below.
When does it happen?
Registration begins June 15. Please turn in your completed log by Aug. 15 to be eligible for the prize drawings. Please join us for a special kick-off event at Princeton University Art Museum on June 25.
What are the prizes?
Submit your completed challenges by Aug. 15 to be entered into a grand prize drawing for your choice of an annual pass to the American Museum of Natural History (for two adults) or an Individual Plus Annual Pass for Grounds for Sculpture. The second-place winner will win a $100 gift card to a Princeton restaurant of your choice. The third-place winner will receive a $50 gift card to Labyrinth Books.
