Yun-Yi is unabashedly fond of clever picture books, modern graphic novels, and middle grade and YA books with a mix of social justice and/or humor. She is always on a search to expand her booklists on picture books with recipes and AAPI Own Voices. Once awhile, she will dabble in short form non-fiction books and biographies. Whenever she is traveling, there are at least one or two downloaded audiobooks in her phone at 1.2x speed. When she is exhausted from reading heavier social justice adult non-fiction, a good humorous romance novel or hanging out with her nieces or nephew helps. View more of Yun-Yi's lists here.
