Bio
From the author: Bridget McGowan has been writing stories since high school. Her first novel was published on Amazon in the early 2000s, and she currently has about 15 novels published. The genres vary from children’s picture books to general fiction and fantasy. Her age ranges are from preschool children through adult.
In addition to writing, Bridget is an Occupational Therapist working in the schools. She also enjoys reading, bicycling and travel. She takes two small stuffed animals with her on her travels, and takes their pictures in various sites around the world. The pictures are for a series of preschool stories she is planning to write in the near future.
The Long Road Back is a sequel to We Have Your Son. It follows the high school adventures of Jeremy Miles and his girlfriend, Emma, as they finish their senior year of high school. But their lives take a frightening turn when someone from Jeremy’s past surfaces and threatens everything the two have built together.
