About Event Proposals
Events are planned according to Section 9 of the Policies and Procedures Manual to complement the library’s collections and to help meet the our mission and goals. Events are free and open to the public without subject to solicitation of any kind.
The library’s programming team reviews all proposals once every month; please allow four-five weeks for a response to your proposal. Events are planned three-six months in advance.
