The spring series of technology classes begins next week with an introduction to Evernote on Monday, January 12th at 7 p.m. With many students starting college classes in mid-January, we know this class will be a popular one. If you’re interested in keeping digitized notes (or pictures, recipes, links to vacation destinations and more) but don’t know how to get started, this class is for you. One of the biggest advantages of Evernote is that your notes are accessible anywhere you have Internet service. So there’s no need to worry about a misplaced notebook!
In addition to our established line-up of classes that include sessions in Google Blogger and WordPress for aspiring bloggers, and classes in Microsoft Office, starting with an introduction to PowerPoint on January 26th, we have developed several new courses including:

Our Ask the Mac Pro volunteers from Princeton MacIntosh Users Group will be in the library on Mondays (4-6 p.m.) and Wednesdays (10-noon) from February 2nd through April 1. Stop by to learn more about your Apple device.
We continue to increase our collection of ebooks, audiobooks, digital music, movies and magazines to meet the needs of the community. If you would like assistance downloading our digital content to your device, we’re happy to help.
Knowing that everyone is busy, we offer classes at a variety of times, including evenings, Saturdays, and weekdays. There is no need to register (except for our downloading sessions), but try to arrive a few minutes early to ensure a seat at one of the tech center’s dozen state-of-the-arts iMacs.
