Shikha is an agent of change, a mentor and a first-generation woman immigrant who rose in the corporate ranks by sheer force of will. Growing up in a suburb in New Delhi with dreams in her eyes, she eventually let those dreams take wings and made it big at the shores of New York. Shikha has made it her life’s mission to accelerate women leadership and has been recognized by companies like Inhersight, FairyGodboss and Publicis Sapient.
