Ask anyone who knows me and they will tell you that I am a late adapter to just about everything, particularly technology. I'm sure I was the last person using dial-up Internet, last to get a cell phone, very last to get a smart phone, and I still own a computer with Word Perfect on it.
Are you giving or getting a new device this holiday season? Perhaps you already own a tablet, laptop or smartphone and haven't yet taken the plunge into the world of digital downloading. If accessing eLibrary content is foreign territory to you or your loved ones, never fear! The Princeton Public Library is here to help.
There's no question that the Princeton Public Library is a wonderful place to visit. From its striking architecture to the wonderful collections and smiling faces of staff members, PPL is a destination for residents and nonresidents alike. Please explore the newest resource in Princeton Public Library's ever-expanding eLibrary: Axis360 eBooks. Axis360 offers full-color, full-layout eBooks for computers, laptops, eBook readers, tablets, and smartphones. Our growing collection includes fiction and non-fiction for adults, children, and teens.
If you haven’t recently had a chance to visit our downloadable eBook and audiobook website, eLibrarynj.com, you might not be aware of the many improvements implemented last week. ELibraryNJ has been completely redesigned to be more user-friendly in order to make the downloading process more accessible to all patrons, not just the tech savvy ones. Narrowing down your search results is now a much easier feat enabling you to find the perfect book.
Good news for Nook owners! It's no longer necessary to download eBooks from the library's digital collection to your computer and then transfer them to your mobile device. Now, there is an app for that.
