Cookbook author Rinku Bhattacharya discusses "Instant Indian," her collection of 100 authentic Indian recipes adapted for use in an Instant Pot® (electric pressure cooker). Recipes from the book, which shows that it's possible to make flavorful, nutritious Indian fare in minutes instead of hours, will be demonstrated, and a book signing will follow.
