* We use the Zoom service for our virtual meetings. Access Zoom via a web browser.

* Plan to join the meeting before 10:00am so your PC/Laptop/Mac has time to connect.

* Your PC/Laptop/Mac needs to have a monitor. It does not need to have a camera or microphone.

* Zoom may ask you to download an executable (.exe) file before it connects to the meeting. Please allow that to happen. It may take a minute or 2 to download and open Zoom.

* If you have a camera & microphone, the meeting will start with your video and audio disabled. You will be able to see & hear the presenter, but you will not be able to communicate with the presenter.

* You can ask a question with the “Chat” option. Press the Chat button on the bottom of the screen and type you question in the lower right portion of the screen. However, most questions will be answered by our presenter at the end of the session.
