Healthy Eating Workshops with Veronique Cardon Session 1: The Healthy and Easy Vinaigrette

The first of three workshops in a series to be held on Tuesday mornings in March and led by holistic nutritionist Veronique Cardon.

The first session focuses on easy vinaigrettes to enhance your salad: olive oil and vinegar, avocado-based Caesar dressing, and Asian flair vinaigrette. Attendees will be able to sample the recipes and will also receive copies of all recipes.

Additional workshops include:

  • March 12, Carb Substitutes
  • March 19, On-the-Go Lunches.

Cardon is also the creator of the CogniDiet® weight-loss program. Attendees will receive copies of all of the recipes demonstrated during the series of workshops.

No need to register, but early arrival is suggested.
