Healthy Eating Workshops with Veronique Cardon Session 3: On-the-Go Lunches, Sandwich Substitutes

The last of three workshops in a healthy eating series led by holistic nutritionist Veronique Cardon focuses on on-the-go lunches and sandwich substitutes.

Options to replace bread including an Asian vinaigrette-flavored chicken sandwich, rolled Swiss chard cigars (with shredded beets, celery, carrots, walnuts and avocado), and the transportable egg muffin. Attendees will be able to sample the dishes prepared and will also receive copies of all recipes.

Cardon is also the creator of the CogniDiet® weight-loss program. Attendees will receive copies of all of the recipes demonstrated during the series of workshops.
