Room Reservations The Library has two public meeting rooms -- a Community Room with a capacity for 160 people and a Conference Room with capacity for 16 people, available for reservation by nonprofit community organizations (applicable fees apply). All meeting room use by the public is subject to meeting room availability. Reservations for nonprofit community organizations are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Groups may reserve a meeting room for a maximum of
one meeting per month and up to three months in advance.
Each reservation is limited to a four-hour period. Reservation Application Forms Reservation application forms are available at the Library’s Administrative Office on the third floor or on the web (MS Word document or pdf document). The application form must be submitted to the Administrative Office in person, at least two weeks in advance of the requested meeting. The Administrative Office is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).The signer of the meeting room application, who must
be an adult and possess a valid Princeton Public Library
card, is responsible for the orderly conduct of the
group. In the event of any damage to library property
and/or equipment, that individual will be liable. Cancellations It is the responsibility of the signer of the meeting room application to inform the Library Administration office if a meeting is cancelled. In order to receive a refund, notice of cancellation must be received at least three days prior to the scheduled event. The Library reserves the right to deny meeting rooms to organizations that fail to notify the Library of cancellations or frequently cancel meetings. |
